HOW TO MAKE HAMBURGER VEGETABLE SOUP Equipment needed: pressure cooker or Instant Pot. Before starting, add oil and set your Instant Pot to sauté.

Sauté beef, onion, garlic in oil.

Add remaining ingredients (except cornstarch and peas).

Cook High pressure

Quick release, add peas and cornstarch.

Sauté until boiling, then cancel.

Serve with fresh parsley, garlic bread or crackers.
