Place the chocolate colors in their own small bowl and microwave one at a time for 2 minutes each. Stop every 30 seconds to stir the chips until the chocolate is smooth.
Place the frosting container in the microwave without its lid or foil. Cook on high for 45 seconds.
Immediately remove and add a third of the frosting to each bowl of chocolate.
Stir each bowl vigorously until fully combined.
Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper and alternate pouring the chocolate mixtures into the pan until it’s all in the pan.
Tap lightly on the counter to flatten, cover the top with sprinkles, and place in the fridge for 2 hours or until set.
Slice, serve, and enjoy!
Notes
Notes:
Use whatever sprinkles you prefer.
If you want to adjust the flavor, include a bit of flavored extract in each color. There are plenty of extract flavors to choose from on Amazon.
Important:
Mix the frosting into the chocolate well. It could make the fudge too hard in some places if not.
Do not use food dye to color your chocolate unless it’s oil based. Most of the dyes you find at the store are water based and make the chocolate seize when mixing.
Add purple chocolate melts if you like, for another fun color of chocolate that is perfect for Halloween.
