Air Fryer Egg Rolls (from frozen)

It's easy to make frozen egg rolls in the air fryer. Try these simple tips and you've got easiest egg rolls in minutes! A perfectly crisp outer shell every time.

Equipment

  • Air fryer

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp non-stick cooking spray *air fryer approved
  • 8 egg rolls frozen
  • ½ cup dipping sauce

Instructions

  • Spray the basket of your air fryer with non-stick cooking spray approved for air frying.
  • Pre-heat air fryer to 350°F and air fry for 8-10 minutes.
  • Turn up the heat to 400°F and air fry for 1-3 more minutes until desired crispiness.

Notes

 
  • Flip, turn or shake the basket halfway through the cooking time for even crispiness.
  • If necessary, cook in many batches to prevent crowding.
  • Make sure to use a cooking spray approved for air frying, or approved parchment paper.
  • In order to get the insides hot and cook evenly, start with a lower temperature and gradually raise the heat.
 
Re-heating instructions
Add back to the air fryer or oven for 5-10 minutes, or until desired crispiness. Cook at a low temperature, like 300 degrees F to insure an even cook.
