Sweet and spicy baked sweet potatoes baked and seasoned with honey, Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes. Crispy, yet healthier than fried!

Instructions

  • Prepare pan with a silicone or parchment baking sheet and pre-heat oven to 400°F.
  • Wash and peel sweet potatoes.
  • Dice sweet potatoes into ½- inch cubes.
  • Drizzle the potatoes with olive oil.
  • Add honey, red pepper flakes and Italian seasoning. Toss.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes or until crispy.
