Equipment

  • Pressure cooker, Instant Pot, or Foodi

Ingredients

  • cup noodles
  • 2 cans tuna drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup peas frozen, canned or fresh
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • ½ cup mushrooms sliced, optional
  • ½ cup carrots fresh or frozen
  • tsp ground black pepper to taste
  • tsp salt to taste
  • ¾ cup parmesan cheese
  • ¾ cup cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Add pasta to Instant Pot or pressure cooker.
  • Add all other ingredients, minus cheese.
  • Be sure noodles are submerged by using a spatula or spoon.
  • Pressure cook for 1 minute. Natural release for at least 10 minutes. Vent.
  • Add cheese and stir. Serve with extra parmesan cheese.
