Instant Pot Tuna Casserole

- 2½ cup noodles
- 2 cans tuna drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup peas frozen, canned or fresh
- 2 cups chicken stock
- ½ cup mushrooms sliced, optional
- ½ cup carrots fresh or frozen
- ⅛ tsp ground black pepper to taste
- ⅛ tsp salt to taste
- ¾ cup parmesan cheese
- ¾ cup cheddar cheese
Add pasta to Instant Pot or pressure cooker.
Add all other ingredients, minus cheese.
Be sure noodles are submerged by using a spatula or spoon.
Pressure cook for 1 minute. Natural release for at least 10 minutes. Vent.
Add cheese and stir. Serve with extra parmesan cheese.
