Copycat Chick-fil-A Macaroni and Cheese
This easy chick-fil-a macaroni and cheese copcat recipe is easy and delicious! Make in the instant pot for the creamiest of sides!

- 1 tbsp butter
- 16 oz elbow macaroni
- 4 cups chicken broth
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp freshly ground pepper
- 3 oz white cheddar cheese
- 3 oz sharp cheddar cheese
- 3 oz Romano cheese or Parmesan
- ⅔ cup heavy cream or milk, half and half
- 1 tsp minced garlic or garlic powder
- ½ tsp dijon mustard *optional
Add the uncooked macaroni, butter, chicken broth, salt and pepper to the Instant Pot.
Cook at high pressure for 5 minutes. Quick release.
Add remaining ingredients, beginning with cheeses, then heavy cream, garlic, and dijon (optional).
