I often serve these with a hearty dinner recipe, like my maple bourbon-glazed pork chops, turkey, ham or chicken drumsticks.

Golden on the outside, soft on the inside.

Slice about 1/4 inch thick.

Fry in vegetable oil.


Stacked, golden potatoes go with any meal.

Pass the salt and pepper please!
