  • 1 cup Carrots chopped
  • 28 oz Crushed tomatoes canned
  • Beef Broth *or chicken broth
  • 2 Cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Pepper
  • 2 tbsp honey (the super secret ingredient)
  • ¼ cup Sofrito seasoning or chopped peppers optional
  • ¼ cup heavy whipping cream for creamy soup


  • Add all ingredients to instant pot.
  • Cook at high pressure for 4 minutes.
  • Vent (release) pressure after 2 minutes natural release.
