these treats are a real party pleaser

I love making simple recipes, like orange poke cake or no bake cheesecake for the Fall holidays and it’s even better around Halloween.

With these gorgeous colors of green, black and bright orange you can’t go wrong. This is the perfect dessert recipe to make with the family or younger kids.

FAQ

How to adjust the flavor:

  • Include a bit of flavored extract in each color. There are plenty of extract flavors to choose from.

How to make this fudge fail-proof:

  • Mix the frosting into the chocolate well. It could make the fudge too hard in some places if not.
  • Do not use food dye to color your chocolate unless it’s oil based. Most of the dyes you find at the store are water based and make the chocolate seize when mixing. You can’t use this for your fudge.
  • Add purple chocolate melts if you like, for another fun color of chocolate that matches Halloween.

This fudge will keep for 7 days in the refrigerator.
