FAQ
How to adjust the flavor:
- Include a bit of flavored extract in each color. There are plenty of extract flavors to choose from.
How to make this fudge fail-proof:
- Mix the frosting into the chocolate well. It could make the fudge too hard in some places if not.
- Do not use food dye to color your chocolate unless it’s oil based. Most of the dyes you find at the store are water based and make the chocolate seize when mixing. You can’t use this for your fudge.
- Add purple chocolate melts if you like, for another fun color of chocolate that matches Halloween.
Storing the fudge
Keep in an air-tight refrigerated container (or individual zippered bags) until ready to serve.
This fudge will keep for 7 days in the refrigerator.
